  • Architecting an OTA installation time estimation module for Ford's Universal EV platform, exposing predicted update durations and performance metrics consumed by vehicle HMI and fleet management systems

  • Designed and prototyped API endpoints for an automated software release tool, reducing manual coordination overhead across 5+ internal teams

  • Built metrics infrastructure and evaluation pipeline for an in-house ML perception model, replacing ad-hoc reporting workflows and directly informing model retraining decisions
